Air Pressure Gauge Calibration Services
Compressed air runs the plant — the gauge decides whether it runs safe and efficient.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready air pressure gauge calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Pressure calibration from full vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Pneumatic Pressure, Done Right
Air and pneumatic gauges live on compressors, regulators, air dryers, HVAC equipment, medical air systems, and the control loops that keep production moving. At typical shop pressures a few psi of gauge error is a 10–15% miss — enough to starve a tool, stress a seal, or hide a leak that’s costing you energy around the clock.
We calibrate air pressure gauges at multiple points rising and falling, with as-found and as-left data on every certificate. Low ranges are a specialty: gauges reading in inches of water column and the differential pressure gauges used for filter and room monitoring get the same accredited treatment.
Vacuum side too — compound and vacuum gauges are covered from -14 psi up. Send the transmitters on the same system in one shipment, or have onsite calibration sweep the whole compressor room in a day.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Air Pressure Gauge Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Pressure calibration from vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
