Compound Gauge Pressure & Vacuum Calibration Services
One dial, two worlds — vacuum on one side of zero, pressure on the other. Both have to be right.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready compound gauge and vacuum gauge calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Pressure calibration from full vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Both Sides of Zero
Compound gauges earn their keep in refrigeration and HVAC service, process skids, and anywhere a system gets evacuated before it gets pressurized. Pump-down verification, charge pressure, leak-check holds — the same dial testifies on both sides of zero, and an error on either side sends the technician chasing the wrong problem.
Our accredited scope covers exactly this territory: -14 psi through the positive range, calibrated in both directions with as-found and as-left data. Dedicated vacuum gauges get the same treatment — and if your gauge reads in inHg, torr, or kPa, it’s calibrated to the same accredited points.
Round out the kit in one go: air gauges, DP gauges, and the rest of the gauge population — in-lab with 4–6 day turnaround or onsite.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Compound & Vacuum Gauge Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Pressure calibration from vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
