Manometer Calibration Services

Inches of water column, ounces of pressure — the small numbers that keep buildings breathing and processes safe.

ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready manometer calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Pressure calibration from full vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.

Pressure Instruments We Calibrate

If it reads in psi, bar, kPa, inches of water, or torr, we can almost certainly handle it.

Frequently serviced brands: Ashcroft, Dwyer, WIKA, Omega, Enerpac, U.S. Gauge, McDaniel Controls, GP:50, IFM, and Welch Allyn — plus dozens more.

Accredited Pressure Capability

These ranges appear on our PJLA scope of accreditation — verify it independently anytime. Coverage runs from full vacuum to 10,000 psi, and metric-unit instruments (bar, kPa, MPa, inH₂O) are calibrated to the same points.

Why It Matters

Low Pressure, High Stakes

Manometers — digital, U-tube, and inclined — own the low end of the pressure world: draft on a combustion appliance, gas line pressure, duct static, filter loading, medical suction. Readings live in inches of water column, where a few hundredths matter and most calibration providers are outside their comfort zone.

Low pressure is precisely where our accredited scope is strongest: the sub-psi differential band appears on it explicitly, and manometers are calibrated at points rising and falling with as-found and as-left data documented. Digital manometers used for combustion and HVAC certification stay defensible from one heating season to the next.

Manometers share toolbags with differential pressure gauges and pneumatic gauges — one shipment or one onsite visit covers the set.

Deliverables

What You Get With Every Calibration

  • NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
  • As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
  • ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
  • Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
The ACS Difference

Why Companies Choose ACS

NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request

Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Pressure calibration from vacuum to 10,000 psi is on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.

4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround

Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.

Flexible Logistics

Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.

How It Works

Calibration Without the Hassle

1. Ship It or Schedule Us

Send your instrument to our Dothan, AL laboratory — or book onsite service and we come to your facility.

2. NIST-Traceable Calibration

ASQ Certified Technicians calibrate your instrument against NIST-traceable reference standards — in our lab or at your facility.

3. Audit-Ready Certificate

Your instrument returns with a NIST-traceable certificate documenting as-found and as-left data. ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates available on request.
