Oven Calibration Services
Cure schedules, drying specs, sterilization cycles — the setpoint is a promise. We verify it.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready oven calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Temperature from -196 °C to 420 °C, infrared to 500 °C, and humidity from 30 to 75 %RH are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Temperature & Humidity Instruments We Calibrate
From cryogenic checks to furnace controllers — if it reads degrees or percent RH, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Traceable (Control Company), Gemini Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, Fluke, ThermoWorks, LogTag, and ThermoPro — plus dozens more.
Setpoint vs. Reality
Ovens age in one direction: elements sag, insulation settles, door gaskets compress, and the gap between setpoint and actual widens a degree at a time. A cure oven running cool under-crosslinks every coating it sees; a drying oven running hot cooks the moisture spec into a lie; a depyrogenation cycle that never hit temperature is a batch-record problem with regulatory teeth.
We calibrate oven indication and control equipment against reference standards — our accredited source capability spans -30 to 420 °C, and thermocouple-based controllers (Types K, J, T) are covered to 1,370 °C — with as-found and as-left readings that show exactly where the setpoint and the chamber disagreed.
Lab ovens, drying ovens, vacuum ovens, and incubators all get the same treatment — see also drying ovens and vacuum ovens — and chambers ride the same onsite visit, since none of this equipment ships well.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Oven Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Temperature (-196 to 420 °C), infrared (35–500 °C), and humidity (30–75 %RH) are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
