Data Logger Calibration Services
No instrument crosses our bench more often — the quiet recorders your audits stand on.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready data logger calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Temperature from -196 °C to 420 °C, infrared to 500 °C, and humidity from 30 to 75 %RH are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Temperature & Humidity Instruments We Calibrate
From cryogenic checks to furnace controllers — if it reads degrees or percent RH, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Traceable (Control Company), Gemini Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, Fluke, ThermoWorks, LogTag, and ThermoPro — plus dozens more.
The Instrument of Record
Nobody reads a data logger until something goes wrong — then everybody does. The vaccine refrigerator excursion, the warehouse that ran warm over a holiday weekend, the stability chamber question three years into a study: in every case the logger’s file is the evidence, and the logger’s calibration certificate is what makes that evidence admissible. We calibrate thousands of loggers a year — Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, LogTag, Traceable, Elitech, and more — making this the single most common instrument in our lab.
Each logger is compared against reference standards at points across its use range — temperature under our accredited capability (-196 to 420 °C), humidity across the accredited 30–75 %RH band — verifying that what the sensor reads and what the file records agree, with as-found and as-left data on the certificate.
Fleet logistics are half the battle, and we’ve built for them: batch calibration keeps whole deployments on one due date, and rotating groups means monitoring never goes dark. The wall-mounted meters, RH transmitters, and chambers those loggers watch can share the same cycle — in-lab or onsite.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Data Logger Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Temperature (-196 to 420 °C), infrared (35–500 °C), and humidity (30–75 %RH) are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
