Environmental Chamber Calibration Services
The controller says 25.0 °C / 60 %RH. The product inside deserves a second opinion.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready environmental chamber calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Temperature from -196 °C to 420 °C, infrared to 500 °C, and humidity from 30 to 75 %RH are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Temperature & Humidity Instruments We Calibrate
From cryogenic checks to furnace controllers — if it reads degrees or percent RH, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Traceable (Control Company), Gemini Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, Fluke, ThermoWorks, LogTag, and ThermoPro — plus dozens more.
What the Controller Doesn’t Know
An environmental chamber’s controller reports one point in a box full of gradients. Door seals age, circulation fans slow, heaters overshoot — and the samples sit wherever they sit, not where the control sensor does. Stability studies, battery testing, and conditioning protocols all assume the chamber is what its display claims.
We calibrate chamber indication and control against reference standards — temperature under our accredited capability (source range -30 to 420 °C) and humidity across the accredited 30–75 %RH band — with as-found and as-left data. Thermocouple-based controllers are covered to 1,370 °C under the electrical scope.
Chambers keep company: humidity chambers, stability chambers, ovens and incubators, and the loggers inside them all calibrate on one cycle — and onsite service means the chamber never leaves your floor.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Environmental Chamber Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Temperature (-196 to 420 °C), infrared (35–500 °C), and humidity (30–75 %RH) are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
