Hygrometer Calibration Services
Humidity is the measurement everyone rounds off — until product starts failing.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready hygrometer calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Temperature from -196 °C to 420 °C, infrared to 500 °C, and humidity from 30 to 75 %RH are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Temperature & Humidity Instruments We Calibrate
From cryogenic checks to furnace controllers — if it reads degrees or percent RH, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Traceable (Control Company), Gemini Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, Fluke, ThermoWorks, LogTag, and ThermoPro — plus dozens more.
The Forgiving-Looking Measurement That Isn’t
Humidity feels approximate — nobody panics over a few percent RH — right up until powder cakes in the hopper, wood moves after finishing, ESD events spike on a dry floor, or a stability sample fails. Capacitive humidity sensors drift faster than almost any other sensor type, and they drift most when exposed to the contaminants and extremes real facilities produce.
We calibrate hygrometers of every style against humidity reference standards across our accredited 30–75 %RH band — the range where storage, manufacturing, and lab specs actually live — with temperature verified under the same accredited capability and as-found/as-left data per point.
Spot-check hygrometers work best when the whole humidity chain is honest: the fixed RH sensors, the combo meters, and the loggers all calibrate on the same cycle, in-lab or onsite.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Hygrometer Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Temperature (-196 to 420 °C), infrared (35–500 °C), and humidity (30–75 %RH) are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
