IATF 16949 Calibration Services
Clause 7.1.5 doesn’t negotiate. Your calibration records either satisfy it or they don’t.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast — with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates available on request for instruments on our accredited scope.

Built for Your Auditors
IATF 16949’s measurement requirements go beyond a sticker: documented traceability to national standards, records of as-found condition, and assessment of prior results when an instrument is found out of tolerance. That last one is where labs that only report “pass” leave you exposed.
Every ACS certificate carries as-found and as-left data — exactly what clause 7.1.5.2 needs when an out-of-tolerance condition triggers a review of previously measured product. Accredited certificates from our PJLA scope (#98908) satisfy the external-laboratory requirements, and onsite service keeps gage cribs and torque boards on schedule without stopping production.
