Torque Meter & Analyzer Calibration Services
The instrument that checks your torque tools deserves a calibration you can defend.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready torque meter calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Torque transducers from 1–100 lbf·in are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request for meters and analyzers in that range.
Torque & Force Tools We Calibrate
If it tightens, twists, pushes, or pulls, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Snap-on, CDI Torque Products, Sturtevant Richmont, Tohnichi, Proto, Husky, Westward, Wiha, and GearWrench — plus dozens more.
Calibrating the Tools That Check Your Tools
In most torque programs, the meter or analyzer is the in-house reference: production wrenches and drivers get verified against it daily, and it quietly decides whether every one of those tools stays in service. An error at the meter propagates to every tool it checks — which makes its calibration the most leveraged one you buy.
We calibrate torque meters, torque analyzers, and joint-test instruments as a system — display and transducer together — at multiple points across the range, with as-found and as-left data. Transducers from 1–100 lbf·in are covered by our accredited capability; larger instruments receive NIST-traceable calibration with the same documentation.
Pair the meter’s calibration cycle with the torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers it verifies and one shipment covers the whole loop — standalone transducers included.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Torque Meter Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Torque transducers from 1–100 lbf·in are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
