Stability Chamber Calibration Services
Years-long studies live or die on 25/60 and 40/75 — the chamber’s claim needs outside proof.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready stability chamber services, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Temperature from -196 °C to 420 °C, infrared to 500 °C, and humidity from 30 to 75 %RH are on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Temperature & Humidity Instruments We Calibrate
From cryogenic checks to furnace controllers — if it reads degrees or percent RH, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Traceable (Control Company), Gemini Tinytag, T&D, MadgeTech, Fluke, ThermoWorks, LogTag, and ThermoPro — plus dozens more.
Guarding the Long Game
Stability chambers hold ICH conditions — 25 °C/60 %RH, 40 °C/75 %RH — for studies measured in years, where a sustained excursion can invalidate irreplaceable timepoints. The controller alone can’t defend the study; independent calibration of indication and control is the evidence reviewers expect.
We calibrate stability chamber temperature and humidity under our accredited scope — both ICH setpoint regions fall inside our accredited 30–75 %RH and temperature bands — with as-found and as-left data per parameter. Pair with logger calibration and mapping studies for the full compliance package.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Stability Chamber Services
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Temperature (-196 to 420 °C), infrared (35–500 °C), and humidity (30–75 %RH) are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
