Caliper Set Calibration Services
One box, one due date — a whole set of calipers on a single, sane calibration cycle.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready caliper set calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Calipers, micrometers, height gages, and indicators are all on our accredited dimensional scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Tame the Tool Crib
Caliper sets have a way of falling out of sync: one tool recalled in March, another in July, a third nobody can find until the audit. Staggered due dates multiply shipping, paperwork, and the odds that something slips through overdue. The fix is boring and effective — calibrate the set together, and every label in the box shows the same date.
Each caliper in the set is individually calibrated against gage blocks — outside, inside, depth, and step functions at multiple points, 0.05 to 40 inches accredited — and each gets its own certificate with as-found and as-left data. The set goes back in one box with one due date.
The same set-level logic works for micrometer sets, pin gage sets, and feeler gage sets — and onsite calibration can reset the entire crib to one cycle in a single visit.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
