ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready optical comparator services, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Calipers, micrometers, height gages, and indicators are all on our accredited dimensional scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.

Optical comparators throw a part’s shadow against overlay tolerances at high magnification — profile inspection at its most visual. Stage linearity, screen calibration, and magnification accuracy all drift with wear and lamp changes, and every one of them scales the geometry your inspectors sign off on.
We calibrate optical comparators under our accredited dimensional scope — X and Y axis linearity from 0.1 to 100 mm is a named scope line, verified against gage blocks and glass scales — with as-found and as-left data. The height gages and indicators in the same inspection room ride the same visit.
