The Two-Point Truth About pH
Daily buffer checks feel like calibration, but they only prove the meter agrees with your buffers, on your bench, with your habits. Electrodes age — junctions clog, glass membranes slow, slope decays from the theoretical 59 mV per decade — and shelf-worn buffers make a drifting system look self-consistent right up to the failed result.
We calibrate pH meters against certified pH reference materials at the accredited 4, 7, and 10 points, with meter response and electrode slope documented as-found and as-left — independent evidence your daily checks are built on solid ground. Temperature indication is verified under our accredited thermodynamic capability.
Meters with automatic temperature compensation get their own page — pH meters with ATC — and the conductivity meters and analytical balances on the same bench share the cycle, in-lab or onsite.
