The Measurement That Watches Your Water
Conductivity meters guard the processes water can ruin: DI and RO system monitoring, rinse-water verification, boiler and cooling chemistry, TDS checks. Cell constants shift as electrodes foul and age, and because conductivity readings trend slowly, a drifting meter mimics a drifting process — sending techs chasing water problems that live in the instrument.
We calibrate conductivity meters against certified conductivity reference materials across our accredited 100 µS/cm to 10 mS/cm range, with temperature verified under our accredited thermodynamic capability and as-found/as-left data per point — separating instrument drift from process drift on paper.
Most conductivity meters share a bench with a pH meter — calibrate them together, add the loggers monitoring the water system, and the whole loop lands on one cycle, in-lab or onsite.
