The pipette is the most-handled instrument in any laboratory — thousands of cycles a month through the same piston, seal, and spring. Seals dry out, pistons wear, a drop to the floor knocks the mechanism subtly out of true, and the tech keeps pipetting because a failing pipette feels exactly like a good one. The error walks straight into every dilution, standard curve, and dosing calculation downstream.
We calibrate pipettes and volume-delivering instruments across our accredited 0.5 µL to 10,000 µL span — verified at multiple test volumes spanning the instrument’s range, with as-found and as-left data on every certificate, so both systematic error and repeatability are on the record. Single-channel and multichannel (every channel tested), fixed and adjustable, mechanical, electronic, and repeaters: the whole drawer is covered, whatever mix of Eppendorf, Rainin, and Finnpipette your lab runs.
Pipettes and analytical balances live on the same bench and fail the same assays — calibrate them on the same cycle, along with the lab balances, data loggers, and chambers around them. Ship the fleet in one box with 4–6 day turnaround, or have onsite calibration sweep the lab in a visit.
