Voltage Calibrator Calibration Services
The instrument that checks your instruments — the most leveraged calibration you buy.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready voltage calibrator calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. DC and AC voltage, current, resistance, and capacitance — sourcing and measuring — are on our accredited electrical scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Upstream of Everything
A voltage calibrator or process calibrator sits upstream of every instrument it checks: loop signals sourced to transmitters, test voltages fed to panel meters, reference points dialed up for technician field checks. Drift here doesn’t make one bad measurement — it quietly re-baselines every device verified against it since the last calibration.
We calibrate voltage and process calibrators under our accredited electrical scope — sourced outputs measured against reference standards across DC and AC ranges, with as-found and as-left data per point. Our accredited measurement capability spans microvolts through 1,000 V, with high-voltage coverage to 6 kV.
Close the loop: the multimeters and voltmeters your calibrator checks should share its cycle, and thermocouple-sourcing process calibrators are covered under the same scope (Types K, J, T to 1,370 °C).
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Voltage Calibrator Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. DC/AC voltage, current, resistance, and capacitance are on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited electrical scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
4–6 Business Day Typical Turnaround
Keep production moving. Most instruments are typically completed in 4 to 6 business days from arrival, with rush options available when a line is down.
Flexible Logistics
Mail your instruments in, or schedule onsite calibration and we come to your floor — serving Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond.
