Radius Gage Calibration Services
Fillets and rounds are checked by eye against a template — the template had better be true.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready radius gage services, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Calipers, micrometers, height gages, and indicators are all on our accredited dimensional scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
The Template Is the Tolerance
Radius gages verify fillets, rounds, and corner breaks by fit — light-gap inspection against a hardened template. The gage IS the standard in that comparison, so edge wear, dings, and corrosion on the blade translate directly into accepting out-of-print geometry.
We calibrate radius gages against reference standards under our accredited dimensional scope with documented as-found condition and dimensional verification. Complete sets return on one due date, and profile-checking optical comparators are on scope too.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Radius Gage Services
