Load Cell Calibration Services
Every weighment, press stroke, and test frame rides on the cell’s output. Calibrate the cell, trust the system.
ACS Calibration delivers NIST-traceable, audit-ready load cell calibration, available at the ACS central lab or directly on-site at facilities across the Southeast. Force calibration up to 100 lbf is on our accredited scope, so ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificates are available on request.
Torque & Force Tools We Calibrate
If it tightens, twists, pushes, or pulls, we can almost certainly handle it.
Frequently serviced brands: Chatillon, Mark-10, Imada, Dillon, Shimpo, Wagner, Jamar, Magtrol, and Instron — plus dozens more.
The Cell Is the System
S-beam, canister, button, shear-beam — whatever the form factor, the load cell is the quiet component every force and weighing system depends on. Tank and hopper weighing, press-force monitoring, universal test frames, check-weighers: when the cell drifts, the whole system lies with a straight face.
We calibrate load cells with their indicators as a working system wherever possible, at multiple points in tension or compression, with as-found and as-left data. Capacity up to 100 lbf is covered by our accredited force capability; higher capacities receive NIST-traceable calibration with the same documentation.
If your cells feed weighing systems, our scale and balance calibration closes the loop — and for force testing we cover force gauges, force transducers, and dynamometers in the same visit or shipment.
What You Get With Every Calibration
- NIST-traceable calibration certificate with real measurement data — not just a pass/fail sticker
- As-found and as-left readings, so drift is documented
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certificate with reported uncertainty — on request
- Calibration label with due date, plus a reminder before your next calibration is due
Why Companies Choose ACS for Load Cell Calibration
NIST-Traceable, Accredited on Request
Every calibration is NIST-traceable with real measurement data. Force calibration up to 100 lbf is on our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope — accredited certificates available whenever your quality system requires them.
