Force and torque transducers are the reference elements inside analyzers, joint testers, press monitors, and automated assembly equipment — the strain-gauge heart that turns a physical event into the number your system records. When engineering reviews the data, the transducer’s calibration is the first thing that gets questioned.
We calibrate transducers at multiple points across the range with as-found and as-left data — standalone against reference standards, or as a system with your meter or readout. Force within the current PJLA scope and torque transducers are accredited when the range is on our current PJLA scope. Larger units receive non-accredited, NIST-traceable calibration with identical documentation.
Transducers rarely travel alone: send the torque meter or analyzer they feed, plus any load cells and force gauges on the same bench, and the whole measurement chain comes back on one calibration cycle.
